I am back (hopefully) to posting the podcasts weekly. This week we have podcast number 13! The main topic for discussion is on the horror genre and whether or not it is Biblical. I also have a big announcement to make that was also made in the podcast. March 13 is now Camden Day! I

Inspired by the interesting conversation on Google Buzz, Paul, Zack, and I spend a whole podcast talking about the Burning Man Festival and answering the question “should a Christian go to Burning Man?”. Please listen to the podcast below and let us know what you think (use Scripture to back up your point as well).

Finally, podcast number 11! In this one we cover 3 different topics: “is David Crowder a heretic?”, “the meaning of Toby Mac’s City on Our Knees”, and “Stop Sign Hermeneutics”. This one is a doozy (to borrow the colloquialism). As always you can listen to the show below and get the links to the material used in the podcast.

Hooray! The next podcast is out. If you read my last post you know that I ran out of space to put these podcasts. Well, I cleaned up some space on my own server and am now hosting the podcasts myself. They do take up quite a bit of space, so I may only host

Hey y’all! Sorry for the lack of activity around here. I have been extremely busy (that’s a hyperbole). I was going to post part 2 of podcast number 10, but the service I was using to host the podcast said I ran out of space and it costs an extra $3 a month to upgrade.

Sorry for the long delay, but podcast no. 10 is out! I am using a third-party service to host these podcasts and I am pretty much out of space. So, I’m either going to have to pay for more space or figure something else out. Anyways, in this podcast we discuss a Doug Wilson clip

One of the things we can do to take the name of God in vain is to swear by it. When you say things such as: “I swear by God…”, or “In the name of the Lord, I promise…”, or even “I swear by my mother’s grave…”, and you don’t keep that promise, you will be found guilty come Judgment Day. God says He won’t hold you guiltless for that. God created all things, so there is nothing you can swear by that does not have direct relationship to His name. Not the Bible, not our stuff, and not the American Flag. If we swear by anything and fail too keep that oath, God sees it as a sin deserving eternal condemnation in Hell. This. Is. Serious!

In the spirit of keeping things new, I surprise Paul and Zack with a little segment I devised. Today we investigate the Civility Project! As always, you can listen to the show below and read the show notes.

This is a much shorter podcast. In this podcast we (Tim, Paul, and Zack) listen to an NPR clip that talks about our galaxy. Of course, you will get commentary during the clip as well :) As always, you can listen to the podcast below and read the show notes.
